Smirenost, koncentracija, razvijanje sposobnosti imaginacije i opu\u0161tanje, samo su neke od dobrobiti koje aikido kao filozofija \u017eivljenja pru\u017ea onima koji joj se na pravi na\u010din posvete.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prema re\u010dima tvorca aikidoa<\/strong>, aiki je univerzalni princip univerzuma, harmonija jedinstva svega \u0161to postoji. Filozofija aikidoa podrazumeva da kao delovi jedne celine moramo ose\u0107ati harmoniju u sebi i sa drugima i imati po\u0161tovanje prema svim oblicima postojanja materije, jer smo i sami samo deli\u0107 univerzuma.
